Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer standard shipping options. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed cleanly at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping usually takes 11 to 12 business days once handed over to the carrier, depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons, which are outside of our direct control.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking information will become active and update within 24 to 48 hours.

MechMaxx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

MechMaxx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
